By accessing, browsing, applying for a wholesale account, or placing an order through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility & Wholesale Accounts

ResilScents Wholesale is intended for approved retail partners only.

  • Wholesale accounts require approval prior to ordering.

  • We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at our discretion.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

We may update account requirements at any time.

Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by ResilScents Wholesale.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

  • Once accepted, orders may not be modified or canceled without written approval.

Pricing & Minimum Orders

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers logged into their accounts.

  • Pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), case packs, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional pricing may be time-limited and may not apply retroactively.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are displayed at checkout and may vary by account.

  • Orders may require payment in full prior to shipment unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.

  • Late or unpaid balances may result in account suspension or order delays.

Shipping & Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

  • ResilScents Wholesale is not responsible for carrier delays or errors.

Returns & Refunds

All wholesale sales are final.

Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or defective items as outlined in our Wholesale Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Product Use & Resale

  • Products are intended for resale only and may not be altered, relabeled, or misrepresented.

  • You may not make false claims regarding product ingredients, benefits, or performance.

  • ResilScents trademarks, branding, and product names may not be used without permission beyond resale of products as provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and trademarks, is the property of ResilScents or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Activities
