Wholesale Shipping & Lead Time Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ResilScents Wholesale (“ResilScents,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Order Processing & Lead Times
All ResilScents Wholesale products are handcrafted in small batches.

Standard wholesale orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is received and the order is approved.

Lead times are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, seasonal demand, or production volume.

Custom, private-label, or large-volume orders may require extended lead times, which will be communicated prior to order acceptance.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We primarily ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Expedited shipping does not shorten production lead times unless explicitly approved.
Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Risk of Loss
All orders are considered the responsibility of the customer once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon carrier pickup.

ResilScents Wholesale is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
