Wholesale Return & Refund Policy

At ResilScents Wholesale, all products are handcrafted in small batches specifically for our retail partners. Because of this, we maintain the following wholesale return and refund terms.

All Wholesale Sales Are Final

All wholesale orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for unsold inventory, buyer’s remorse, or changes in demand.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Claims must include:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with:

  • Replacement product or

  • Store credit (at our discretion)


Shipping Damage

Once an order leaves our facility, it is considered in the care of the shipping carrier.

  • Visible damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery when possible.

  • ResilScents Wholesale is not responsible for delays or damage caused by carriers, but we will assist with documentation when applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or private-label items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Seasonal or limited-run products


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted and may be refused or discarded without refund.
